How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please contact us at info@bearstudios.se to request a return authorization. Our team will guide you through the steps and provide the necessary instructions.
Important Conditions
• Condition: Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage. Please handle them with care when trying on.
• Packaging: All items must be returned in their original, undamaged B.E.A.R. box and pouch, which are part of the product’s value.
• Shipping: For your protection, please ship the secured product packaging inside a sturdy outer box to prevent damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Approval
B.E.A.R reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions above. In such cases, you will be notified via email, and the item will be returned to you.
