• Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged box and pouch, which are considered an integral part of the product’s value.

• Shipping Protection: For mail returns, please ensure that the item and its packaging are protected inside a sturdy outer box to avoid any damage during transit.

Return Approval

B.E.A.R reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above conditions. In such cases, you will be notified via email. Please note that the cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.
